AS IS marked items are sold with flaws/ damage. Please be aware of that BEFORE bidding. We try and test electronics/ appliances to make sure they work, but don't always have the time to do so. Buyers can be assured that they work by testing them at pick up. Once they leave the premises; Aultimate Productions is not responsible for condition.

I only run credit cards once buyer picks up. You may pay with cash at pick up! All buyers who do not pick up their items will have credit cards run at the end of pickup time. Aultimate Productions is not responsible for items not picked up after 4pm on Saturday October 8th! Credit cards are charged 3% processing fees!
We work hard to get our customer's their purchases; but be advised that it is YOUR responsibility to make sure all of your purchases are complete! We hold NO responsibility for partially completed orders! We hold NO responsibility for lots or partial lots left after 4pm. Please, lets all be adults.
I routinely block bidders who fail to complete their purchase. Please
note, if you are bidding to have fun with no intention of paying,

SHIPPING OPTION: For those of you wanting to have their items shipped; please reach out and let me know that you need those items shipped. Especially if your address is in the region. I will be assuming if you live in Northern Colorado you will be picking up your purchases. I will need to know before October 8th that you want your purchases shipped. I live an hour away from this sale, so I will be unable to quote shipping prices before the end of the sale. I will invoice you on Monday October 10th your purchases with shipping at that time. Books & the like will be shipped media mail. There may be a separate shipping charge if buyer purchases non-media mail items as well. I charge a 10% buyer's premium on shipping to cover my handling costs.

Due to the COVID-19 issues, please be aware we are taking precautions for your health. We encourage, but don't require face masks. We will only allow 10 (ten) customers in at one time. Also, for everyone's safety. If you are displaying signs of illness (coughing, sneezing) we ask that you not attend, and reserve the right to not admit you. Please, we encourage children to not attend. We thank you for your business & realize we would all like to get back to NORMAL! Your patience is greatly appreciated!
