Auction Terms & Conditions
At the close of the auction, all winner bidders will be promptly charged via their registered payment for the item they won. If the card is declined, I will send you a note requesting new payment details before the property can be picked up.
The only pickup date is Saturday, April 24th from 10-2 in Newnan, GA. (Location details will be provided to all winning bidders).
Additional charges will appear on your invoice. A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid for auctions, Local sales tax will also be added, and a credit card processing fee.
Customers who have not paid by that date/time on Saturday April 23rd at 9:00 AM, you will forfeit any claim to the property and the property may be resold or donated. Property that has been paid for but is not picked up by the end of the pick-up period will be considered abandoned and subject to no refund.
Bidders MUST be prepared to lift, carry, and load purchases in their vehicle from the property! We can not assist with loading or lifting items.
Bring your help and friends; you will need to place your items in your vehicle. The team at Compassionate Transition is not authorized to assist in the moving, lifting, or loading of items.
No warranties are given or implied. All sales are final. If you have questions about operational status or the item’s condition, send an email with your question prior to bidding.
