To comply with stay-at-home restrictions all sales will be under these CONTACT FREE conditions:
1.) All purchases will be sight unseen, you will only have the pictures and our descriptions to go by. You may ask questions about the item through text.
2.) Payment will be required electronically, with no exceptions.
3.) We will accept PayPal, Square, Venmo, Stripe, or Zelle – no cash or checks. If you need us to take your credit card info over the phone, we will help you with that.
4.) Small items will be shipped to purchasers unless you choose pick-up, if offered. Shipping costs will be added to invoice after item is purchased.
5.) Large or heavy items will be local pickup, unless you can pay the heavy shipping cost.
6.) Local Pick-up with NO CONTACT will be handled this way: after payment we will offer a pick-up time that will have an adequate cushion of time between appointments to ensure social distancing. Once you confirm appointment you will be given an address to pick-up your item from. You will also be given a code. When you arrive at the address, text or call with your code and stay in your car. We will bring item out and leave on driveway or curb and we will retreat inside the building. Pick up your item and you will be on your way.
7.) We will collect sales tax of 7.75% unless you send proof of your seller's permit and a signed statement of intention to resell. We must received signed statement with copy of license within 24 hours of sale end.
8.) Typically we will not allow returns or exchanges, but if you can provide evidence that the item was not as advertised we will be willing to exchange for store credit if the item is returned (at buyer’s expense) in the condition it was in when it left our possession.
