B&B ESTATE SALES

By registering and placing a bid in any B&B Estate Sales online auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration

• All bidders must register with an accurate legal name, address, email, and phone number.

• B&B Estate Sales reserves the right to approve or deny any bidder registration.

2. Bidding

• All bids are binding, final, and cannot be canceled or retracted once placed.

• Bidders are responsible for monitoring their bids and notifications.

• B&B Estate Sales is not responsible for missed alerts, emails, outbid notifications, or website/app errors.

3. Winning Bids & Invoicing

• If you are the high bidder at the auction close, you are legally obligated to complete the purchase.

• Invoices are sent to the email on file shortly after the auction ends.

• Payment is automatic or due within the timeframe stated on the invoice (typically same day or within 24 hours).

4. Payment

• Accepted payment methods will be debit or credit card. Sorry, no cash at pickup.

• Purchases may be subject to a Buyer’s Premium and/or State Sales Tax where applicable.

• If payment is not received by the deadline, items may be forfeited, re-listed, or offered to the next highest bidder. Repeated non-payment may result in a permanent ban from future sales.

5. Pick-Up & Removal

• Most purchases must be picked up at 300 Fries Mill Rd, Sewell, NJ, 08080. There are a few items that must be picked up from other locations. If the pickup location is not in Sewell, NJ, the alternate pickup location will be listed in the item description and can only be picked up from that location. All pickups are by appointment only. Call or message to schedule your pickup.

• Buyers are responsible for bringing:

• Help to lift heavy items

• Tools, packing materials, boxes, blankets, dollies, etc.

• B&B Estate Sales staff are not required to assist with loading.

6. Failure to Pick Up

If the buyer fails to pick up items during the scheduled pick-up window:

• Items will be forfeited without refund

• No credits or chargebacks

• Items may be disposed of, donated, resold, or offered to the next highest bidder

• Repeat offenders may be banned from future auctions

7. Item Condition / Inspection

• All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with NO warranties or guarantees.

• No refunds, returns, chargebacks, or exchanges for:

• Defects

• Damage

• Size

• Functionality

• Condition

• Accuracy of descriptions or photos

• Bidders are encouraged to ask questions or preview items when available.

8. Photographs & Descriptions

• Photos are part of the item description.

• Measurements, conditions, ages, and materials are to the best of our knowledge, but are not guaranteed.

• Buyer assumes all responsibility for verifying details before bidding.

9. Technology Disclaimer

• B&B Estate Sales is not responsible for:

• Lost internet connection

• Website errors

• App failures

• Slow devices

• Inability to place last-second bids

• In the event of a technical outage, B&B may extend or reschedule the auction at its sole discretion.

10. Liability

• Buyers enter the property at their own risk.

• B&B Estate Sales is not responsible for injury, accidents, damage, theft, or loss while on the property or handling purchased items.

11. Fraud & Chargebacks

• All sales are final.

• Chargebacks and payment disputes will be reported as theft of goods to local law enforcement.

• Bidders who attempt to reverse payments may be permanently banned and subject to legal action.

12. Reserve Rights

B&B Estate Sales reserves the right to:

• Reject any bid

• Remove bidding privileges

• Withdraw or add items

• Set or adjust reserves

• Cancel any sale for any reason

13. Pickup of Large / Heavy Items

• Buyers are solely responsible for removing large or heavy items without damaging walls, doors, floors, or property grounds.

• Any damage caused by a buyer or their movers is the buyer’s responsibility.

14. Compliance

By bidding, you acknowledge:

• You have read and agree to these terms

• You are legally able to purchase items

• You will complete all payments and pickups as required

15. Buyer's Premium

• All sales have an 18% buyer's premium.
