All bidders must be 18 or older. All individuals that have registered & placed bids with our auction agree that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions as follows, and agree to be bound by and abide by these terms and conditions as follows:
All property is sold “as is, where is” without any warranty or guarantee. If you have won an item you have bid on, you are the buyer and are bound by the terms and conditions of this auction. You will be obligated to comply with payment and agree to fulfill your promise to settle your invoice for the items you have bid on, as bidding is considered legally binding promise to pay.
Best Sugar Shop is solely working as an agent for the Seller of the listed/lotted items . Best Sugar Shop will assume zero liability for information given to us about the items listed for auction. Prior to placing your bids, please research the items of interest. Once a bid is placed, you have officially committed to the item and are obligated to pay if won at auction close.We do our best to provide accurate and credible information about each and every item we list.
After auction close, winning bids will be sent an invoice to submit payment for the won items. Customers with winning bids will have 48 hours to settle their invoices. Tracking will be provided for each order as they are settled. Should any chargebacks for your purchases be requested from your banking institution to ours without prior knowledge between both parties.By doing so, would be acting in breech of our terms & conditions as well as your agreement to these terms and conditions by registering to bid. Any requests for refund from a buyer or their financial institution, or chargebacks, is considered an act of fraud and will be handled appropriately. Refunds/Chargeback attempts will not be awarded or credited to the requesting party under any circumstances other than with proof of a prior agreement that has taken place by both Best Sugar Shop, and the Customer. By Bidding at our auction you are agreeing to accept the item listed as is as stated above. We will not be held liable due to the negligence of a bidder who failed to investigate their won items prior to placing bids. Any buyers that do not settle their invoice for their won items, is in breech of contract, by placing fraudulent bids. Bidding on an item is agreeing to pay for the item if you are deemed the winner of that item. Non payment of won items with high ticket prices, will result in failure to participate at future auctions with us as well as potential litigation. Non payment of any high ticket/ high priced items totaling to the sum of $500 or more will be liable to reimburse us for the loss incurred. Do not bid on any items if you do not fully intend on settling your invoice. We also may send your account to collections if you request your bank to perform a chargeback for your won items.
