Store hours are 1030 to 5 Tues to Fri and 1030 to 2 on Saturday.  they are closed on Sun & Mon (they are having a sidewalk sale on 24th and 25th.   If paid by cash on April 22 you won't have to pay the buyer's premium.  Otherwise we will run cards on file at the end of the day and premium will be charged.

    SHIPPING: SHIPPING MAY TAKE UP TO 5 DAYS TO COMPLETE.

    We offer shipping at a discount just below the retail rate. We combine and pack your items and then add the amount to the invoice once it is ready. . We provide tracking info on all shipping - we work to find the best option that will reduce your cost and pack items together when possible.  You can pay your invoice immediately and we will run a second charge when the Shipping is added or you can wait til the shipping is added and we will run the card on file.

    All Sales are final All items are as is.  we are not responsible for items not picked up.  If you have not picked up within 7 days and have not communicated with us about picking up or requested and paid for shipping your items will be donated to the Hope center or other local charity.  They key is communication.  call, text or use the invoice to message us if there is a problem picking up.  We want to work with you on this.

Preview your Craigslist template

  1. Go to Craigslist and find your city.
  2. Under For Sale, click on the Garage Sale category.
  3. Click on the Post link in the upper right corner of the page.
  4. Choose the Garage Sale category and then select your area. Craigslist doesn't have an Estate Sale category and this is the closest match.
  5. Add the title of your sale and the location.
  6. Add your email address and keep it anonymous to prevent spam.
  7. Copy & Paste the html code below into the Posting Description text box.
  8. Click Continue to add photos and publish your sale. You will receive a confirmation email from Craigslist to verify the sale. Activate your sale by clicking the link in your email and your done!
  9. Craigslist allows you to re-post your ad every 48 hours. Re-post any sooner and your ad may be subject to removal.
