Please remember when a client hires a buy out service they are expecting the buy out company to remove all the contents of the home other than obvious trash. That is the value the buy out company provides for the homeowner in a buy out transaction. With this fact in mind, when bidding on any of the buy outs listed on buyoutbid.com you are expected to remove all of the contents unless otherwise noted in the buy out description.
Buyout company will have four full days to remove sale items from home.
Unless otherwise noted in the sale descriptions the following items are not to be removed during the buy out:
hardwired light fixtures
blinds, curtains or window coverings
large appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, ovens or built in microwaves
plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, tubs or hot water heaters or water softner systems
no items permanently attached to the house
