Late Pickup
We understand that schedules don't always cooperate, so we offer a one-week grace period for late pickup.
- Your invoice must still be paid by July 8.
- Simply pay your invoice online and we'll leave your items with the Newcastle Marketplace staff for pickup during normal business hours.
Typical store hours are:
- Tuesday–Friday: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Closed Sunday & Monday
Important: Buyers are responsible for verifying they have received all purchased items before leaving. We do our best to have every order complete, but please double-check your items at pickup.
Items not picked up within the one-week grace period without prior communication will be considered abandoned and may be donated or discarded without refund.
Most auction companies do not offer an extended pickup period. We are happy to provide this courtesy as long as it is not abused. A quick call or text is all it takes—we're happy to work with you whenever possible.
Local buyers who have not picked up by the end of pickup day will have the credit card on file charged automatically. If you wish to pay cash during a late pickup, you must contact us before pickup day.
Shipping Information
Please allow up to five (5) business days for shipping to be completed.
We charge only the actual shipping cost. There are no handling or packing material fees.
To help keep shipping costs low, we use clean recycled and reused boxes and packing materials whenever possible.
Your purchases will be carefully packed, weighed, and combined whenever possible. Shipping charges will then be added to your invoice, and tracking information will be provided once your package has been shipped.
Item Condition
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, unless otherwise stated in the individual lot description.
All sales are final.
We inspect items and make every effort to disclose any flaws or damage we notice. Known issues will be described in the lot description and/or shown in the photographs.
Please read all descriptions carefully and review every photo before placing your bids.
