Three pickup days for this sale are as follows: Nov 11 3p-7p, Nov 12 9a-3p, Nov 13 9a-3p
Anything not picked up will be considered abandoned and your credit card will be charged.
If you choose shipping, the first item is $10, and $5 for each additional item.
Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal can be paid upon pickup. We will give you the address when you make your appointment.
An auction bid is a legal contract and we expect you to honor your obligation. We share the names and email addresses of all non-paying bidders with other local estate sale companies.
All payment is collected at pickup unless you prefer to go ahead and charge your purchases to the card number you have on file. If you want to pay cash, wait and pay at pickup.
All winning bidders will be contacted when the auction is complete.
Appointments are REQUIRED, and the address will be given when you make the appointment.
All invoices are sent out at the same time after the auction is completely over.
You are responsible for reading all auction descriptions and viewing all photos- we disclose any damage/issues and give measurements on most everything, the photos are considered part of the description, even if something in the photo is not mentioned. If you have a question, the time to ask it is BEFORE you bid... once you are the high bidder, it is yours.
