R & B Odds N Ends, LLC - Auction Terms and Conditions:
Upon placing a bid on a R & B Odds N Ends, LLC Auction then that constitutes the acceptance of the following conditions of sale:
1. All lots in any of our auctions are sold "As Is." No statement regarding condition, kind, value or quality of a lot, whether made orally at the auction or any other time, or in writing in our catalog or elsewhere, shall be construed to be an expressed or implied warranty or representation. Any such warranty is waived. Regarding art, sculptures, collectibles, R & B Odds N Ends, LLC does not make any express or implied warranty as to the authenticity or history. No statement, orally or in writing, shall be construed as an express or implied warranty, representation or assumption of liability as to authenticity. Any such warranty is waived.
2. The purchase price payable by a buyer will be the sum of the price plus the buyer's premium as well as any applicable sales tax.
3. Some lots in our auction are subject to reserve bids.
4. Once the auction is complete, the title to the property passes to the buyer. At that point, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the property and shall promptly pay the full purchase price, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
5. No lot will be released to the buyer until payment is paid in full has been made to R & B Odds N Ends, LLC including the buyer's premium and any applicable taxes, or the buyer has satisfied any terms which have been agreed to prior to the auction. Payment must be received upon the completion of the auction. If payment has not been received prior to designated pick up dates and time, bidder will be prohibited from future R & B Odds N Ends, LLC auctions.
6. Packing and handling of any and all purchased lots are at the entire risk of the buyer. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions in regard to handling, packing or shipping. Buyers assume liability for any injuries sustained at the pickup site (residential and/or commercial). Buyer assumes liability for damages they or their agents may cause at the pickup site.
7. All transactions will be governed and interpreted by the laws of the State of Texas and the Federal courts sitting in the State of Texas.
8. (Internet Bidders) Credit cards are not accepted for payment of purchases totaling more than $2,000 when purchasing online. Purchases totaling $2,000 or more are only payable by cash or money orders.
9. State driver's license or ID card is required to register and pick up. Must be 18 years or older to register.

Reserves
The reserve is the minimum price the seller is willing to accept and below which the lot will not be sold. The reserve is as stated in the listing of the auction, but will not exceed the low pre-sale estimate.
Buyer's Premium and Taxes
Please be reminded that the actual purchase price will be the sum of the hammer price plus the buyer's premium (Online=15%) and State Taxes of 8.25%, plus any shipping charges.
Before the Auction
You are invited to attend a viewing for all our auctions held before the sale. You are encouraged to examine lots thoroughly and request condition reports on all lots you are interested in purchasing.

R & B Odds N Ends, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or sell any items contained in an auction prior and/or during auction. R & B Odds N Ends, LLC reserves the right to end an auction prior to or during auction at its sole discretion.R & B Odds N Ends, LLC also reserves the right to extend the auction.
