Auction Terms & Conditions
Auction Closing: Tuesday, July 1st - 7:00 PM
Preview: Monday July 30th pm 12-4.
Pickup: Wednesday July 2nd 10 -2 and 4-6
Payment must be made using a CC or Debit Card utilizing the Square payment processor.
Payment must be processed by the payment provider and any sale declined will have 24 hours to provide another payment source in order for the items to be claimed and available for pickup
Three additional charges will appear on your invoice. A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid for auctions. Local sales tax will also be added.
Customers MUST pay for the online estate property before pickup. The pickup date is July 2nd from 10-2 and 4-6. (Location details will be provided to all winning bidders).
Customers who have not paid by that date/time forfeit any claim to the property and the property may be resold or donated. Property that has been paid for but is not picked up by the end of the pick-up period will be considered abandoned and subject to no refund.
Items not sold in the auction will be available for sell during customer picku[ps.
Bidders MUST be prepared to lift, carry, and load purchases in their vehicle. All items will be located in the perspective area.
Bring your help and friends; you will need to place your items in your vehicle. The team at Compassionate Transition is not authorized to assist in the moving, lifting, or loading of items.
No warranties are given or implied. All sales are final. If you have questions about operational status or the item’s condition, send an email with your question prior to bidding. If you are unsure about any item, please reach out for clarification before proceeding with a bid.
