Estate Liquidation Auction Antiques Collectables Contemporary Items 250+ lots Closing June 4th. Hundreds of items with a low starting bid, no reserves. Furniture, collectables, artwork, clothing, household, kitchen, rustic, primitives, antiques, holiday decor, coins, outdoor items, tools,. A little bit of every thing. Online auction begins closing at 11:00 am on Monday June 4th, 2018. You may preview items Sunday June 3rd from 4-5:30 pm Auction Pick-up will be will be Monday June 4th from 10:00am to 5:00pm and Tuesday June 5th 3:00 to 6:00pm.
These are the only pick up times available, items must be paid for and picked up by this time unless other arrangements are made.Shipping is available on select items please contact us for cost. You may also arrange shipping or pick-up through a third party once items are paid in full.
All of our items are sold "As Is". There are no written or implied guaranties. All of our items are sold "Where is". The successful bidder is responsible for removing their purchased items from the sale. It will be the bidders’ responsibility to determine the sale condition on each item they purchase. All of our auction sales are final. The successful bidders are responsible for removing all purchased items immediately following the auction. All items will need to be loaded by the successful bidder, we do not provide loading help. Shipping can be arranged on any item at the bidders'
A bid on an item constitutes acceptance of the item and terms of the auction. Your bid is a binding contract; non-paying bidders will be blocked from future auction at the discretion of the auctioneer. Make sure your contact info is complete and correct on the bidder sign up page. Payment is due on completion of the auction, invoices will be sent, and online payment options are available.

This is a soft close auction, which means if a bid is placed in the last 3 minutes it will extend the time by three minutes.
Items will be available for pick-up at the stated/posted times only for the auction. Items paid for but not picked up will be forfeit after 30 days, no refunds given.
If you require shipping, please be aware that the cost of shipping may be more than what the item cost. All items ship from zip code 84109, you can go to USPS.com for estimates of cost.
Your bid constitutes acceptance of the terms, you are also agreeing to pay for and pick up items in the stated times.
Items not paid for by the stated dates will be forfeit, non-paying bidders will be blocked from bidding on all future auctions. Items will be relisted or sold at auctioneer’s discretion.
