Out of State Buyers Needing Shipping - Please allow 7-10 business days for us to get things in the mail. We ship USPS for items which fit in a Priority Box & take all other items to the UPS Store for PACKING & SHIPPING. Expensive items will be insured at your cost. If you are not familiar with approx, shipping/insurance costs ask BEFORE bidding.
Payments are processed thru Stripe with the card you have on file with estate sale dot org within 24 hours of auction end. All bidders' invoices totaling over $2500 will require certified funds BEFORE PICK-UP OR SHIPPING.
All items being sold as is, as found in the estate. All sales are final.
SOFT CLOSE IN EFFECT: Bidding timer resets when competing bid is placed near item close and keeps resetting until sold.
Internet traffic can occur with lots of bidding - PLACE YOUR HIGHEST BID EARLY to insure no mishaps during bidding.
At conclusion of auction your will receive an invoice via e-mail. We will auto-bill your credit card on file with estatesales.org - please be sure card on file is updated.
A day or two before pick-up you will also receive a "PICK-UP REMINDER" e-mail with the exact address and times.
Smitty's Estate Liquidators LLC will attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the phone, on the internet, or via text messaging - but makes no representations. In no event shall Smitty's be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All sales are final and credit card payments may not be reversed for any reason. Bidding in the auction is a BINDING AGREEMENT TO PAY.

Pick Up Date: For those buyers not wanting items shipped - Items must be picked up at the address stated in the "FINAL PICK-UP E-MAIL" sent at the conclusion of the auction. This will be THE ONLY TIME that the Auction Co. will be onsite at the home for Pickup. Items won in the auction AND personal items left behind will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Smitty's. If you are unable to attend the Auction pick-up, you must designate a person to pick your items up for you and representative must bring copy of YOUR INVOICE.
Buyer is responsible for removing all items from the property. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower required to move your items from the home to your vehicle. Buyer is responsible for bringing any tools, boxes, packing materials, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, blankets, straps, dollies needed to remove your items from the property. You will be responsible for any boxing that is required to move/load your items. You are responsible for ensuring that you have removed all of your items before leaving the pickup site PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR INVOICE BEFORE LEAVING. In most cases, the home will be 100% broom cleaned the night of the pick-up and we will be off to next week's auction.
Smitty's is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any accidents, injuries, or illness related to the pick-up.
Please remember to "PARK SMART" during pick-up - DO NOT block mailboxes or driveways.
