Taylor's Treasures makes every effort to provide accuracy in our descriptions and take photos that show as much detail and information as possible. Any electronic items are in working order as of the start of the auction. It is the bidder's responsibility to review all available information and details of this auction, and the item(s) you are interested in, before bidding.
By placing a bid, you understand that you are making an agreement to purchase. DO NOT BID if you do not plan to purchase. If you are the winning bidder on any items, you are required to follow through with purchasing the items you are the winning bidder for, and picking up the item at the designated pickup date, time, and location. The pickup date will be Tuesday, June 30th from 5pm - 7pm. The location will be in Broken Arrow and the address will be provided when the auction ends. You MUST be available on the pickup date and have the appropriate help with you to pick up and move your item(s). If you are going to use a mover to move your item(s), they MUST be available during the pickup times. Please bring necessary items/tools/dollies to take down, take apart, disassemble, and move your items. Loading assistance is NOT available. Any items not picked up on the pickup date, will be considered abandoned and may be donated or resold. At all times, extreme care is to be taken when picking up items to ensure your safety, the safety of others, and to protect the property at the pickup location. Any damage caused to the property will be the buyer's responsibility and expense.
Invoices are emailed to the winning bidders' email address on file once the sale has completely ended. Verify that you have the correct email address on file before bidding. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Full payment is due by 11:59am the morning after the sale ends. We use Square to process sales so we accept VISA, MC, AMEX, and Discover. We also accept Venmo and Cash. If full payment is not made by 11:59am the morning after the sale has ended, Your card, if on file, will be charged for the amount of the invoice. If we are unable to charge the card on file, your item(s) will be forfeited and resold to the next highest bidder. Also, your ability to bid on future sales/auctions we hold may be revoked.
Local pick up only. All items MUST be paid for before they are picked up. Shipping is not offered on any items.
Items in the sale will be on a "soft close" schedule, which means that if you are outbid on an item before bidding ends, you will receive a notification text or email and will have a few minutes of additional time to place a higher bid.
Some items may have a RESERVE PRICE. This price is not disclosed so you won't be able to see it. Items with Reserve Prices will not sell until the Reserve Price is met. For example, if the Reserve Price is set at $100 (again, the Reserve Price is NOT disclosed), your bid must hit or surpass the $100 Reserve Price in order for you to be eligible to be the winning bidder. If your bid is less than the Reserve Price, once you bid, you will see, below the bid, "Reserve Price Not Met". You may be the Highest Bidder but if your bid doesn't meet or exceed the Reserve Price, you will not be the winning bidder. You, or other bidders, would need to keep bidding until the Reserve Price has been met. The "Reserve Price Not Met" notice will go away as soon as the Reserve Price has been met. Reserve Pricing concepts are common practice in both live auctions and online auctions.
