By registering and bidding in this auction, you agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:
- As-Is: All items are sold strictly "AS-IS" with all faults. We make every effort to disclose any damage or repair needed but there is always the possibility of unseen issues
- Item Descriptions: We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality photographs showing the exact condition of each item. However, these are for reference only.
- No Returns or Refunds: All sales are final. No returns, refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason.
- Bidding Commitment: Do not bid if you cannot commit to the pickup schedule. Your bid is a binding contract to purchase and remove the item.
- Forfeiture & Disposal of Items: If you win an item and fail to pick it up during the designated window, or fail to make alternative arrangements prior to the auction ending, you will forfeit your items. No refunds will be given for forfeited items.
- Loading & Removal Responsibility: Bidders are solely responsible for the packing, moving, and loading of all purchased items. You must bring your own labor, tools, and packing materials (boxes, bubble wrap, trucks). Auction staff is not available to assist with lifting or moving items.
- Liability & Injury Waiver: The auction company and property owners are not responsible for any damage, injury, or accidents that occur to persons or property during the preview, pickup, or removal process. You enter the premises at your own risk.
- Right to Withdraw Items: We reserve the right to withdraw any item or lot from the auction at any time before the bidding closes.
