For online auctions - We do our best to describe each piece, please review photos in detail, and ask questions if you are unsure of an item. If an item is marked 925 or sterling, we will mention that in the item description. We will only acid test unmarked Jewelry. All items are sold as is, some may have slight imprefections as these are not new, but previously worn, used and loved. We do NOT offer returns, and we do not tolerate any scams.
We insure most packages and we will note that in the item comments. If an item is offered without insurance, you have an option to add insurance by emailing us for pricing. Should you not insure a package, you cannot hold us responsible if lost or damaged (this has happened once). Orders over $100 will usually require a signature at delivery.
Jewelry will typically need a cleaning or polishing- we do not do that for you.
Payment will need to be recieved within one day of auction close. We now offer Zelle payment options. All non payers will be blocked from future sales.
** shipping and handling time will vary depending on your payment method. Zelle payments will ship within 3 days, all other payment methods will ship within 7 days**
Feel free to email questions prior to bidding. There will be a 5% buyers premium added to each item.
