Gift & Thrift reserves the right to withdraw items from sale before or during the auction without prior notice.
Pickup window is 04/11/24-04/13/24, Items will not be held longer than date shown if you do not reach out via message to schedule a later pickup date. Purchases will not be refunded for items considered abandoned. Store hours on these days are 11am-5pm.
It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factors for all items. Our team may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and the auction makes no representations.
We do not guarantee any appraisals, gradings or certifications. If you have any questions about the merchandise, contact us via email, and ASK BEFORE BIDDING. Bidders shall be the sole judges of value. It is Bidder’s responsibility to determine if any item is legal where they live.
We do require a valid form of payment in order to bid on our auctions.
Payment used to register for this auction will be charged upon the end of the auction for all purchases. By participating in this auction, buyers expressly agree that they will not “charge back” or “deny” a credit card purchase.
We sincerely do our best to respond in a timely manner to each inquiry, but we do ask for patience and consideration regarding our attempts to field questions. Questions that are sent during non-business hours (between 4pm and 10am) will not be reviewed until business opens. We do not respond to emails Saturday or Sunday. Please do not expect a response if you email us until the following Monday during business hours at earliest.
We do not have the ability to accept or respond adequately to unexpected phone call inquiries - please direct all questions, concerns and general inquiries regarding this auction via email to ensure the most prompt response.
If you experience any technical issues with the auction, please contact EstateSales.org as we are not qualified or able to provide any information relating to any problems that you may encounter during the auction. We do not control any part of the bid process, cannot cancel or alter your bid and are unable to assist with any technical issues.
This is a Public Auction and as such, all qualified bidders may bid, including Gift & Thrift, family members and employees.
We require an ID check for pickup. If you plan on having anyone other than the name listed on our invoice retrieve your item from the store, please reach out via message with their full name, we will ID them upon pickup.
After winning an auction, estate sales will send an email where you can view the invoice. If you require the item to be shipped, please follow the link and click the "shipping requested" option. We will add the additional shipping costs prior to charging the card. This must be done before 8am on Thursday morning. If the card gets charged without the shipping costs, we will require you to call in and pay via phone.
All jewelry is tested to the best of our abilities. Metals are evaluated with a preliminary magnet test, followed by an acid test. Stones such as diamond, ruby, spinel, topaz, and amethyst are all tested with our in house gem tester. Other stones that we do not have the tools to test or authenticate are coral, opal, turquoise, or malachite. If you have specific questions about whether a stone has been tested or presumed, please reach out prior to bidding.
Starting bid price on all items is firm. Auction items are available for bidding only while the auction is live, we do not permit purchases outside of our sales.
Any Bidder who fails to perform as required under these terms and conditions may be banned from this or any future auctions.
Some items are available for shipping. Shipping costs are NOT included in the final bid price. All items will be shipped out the day following the auction ending. Only items that are fully paid for will be shipped out.
