- We have given all information to the best of our knowledge and do not guarantee any item in any way.
- Placing a bid constitutes a binding agreement to purchase. If you are the winning bidder, you are obligated to complete payment and either pick up your item(s) or make approved shipping or delivery arrangements. Please do not place a bid unless you intend to complete the purchase.
- Payment Deadline: Full payment is required within 24 hours of the sale closing. If we do not receive payment or hear from you by the payment deadline, your items may be forfeited and resold to the next highest bidder. Additionally, your bidding privileges may be revoked.
- Buyer’s Premium: A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid amount when invoiced.
- Card Processing fee of 4%

For this sale; the auction will end Monday January 26th at 4pm with soft closing. Items will be scheduled to be picked up Friday January 30th and delivery available Saturday January 31st
Pickup Requirements & Location:
By bidding, you agree that you (or an authorized representative) will be available to pick up your purchases on the scheduled pickup date, unless prior shipping or delivery arrangements have been made. The exact pickup address will be provided after following the sale has closed.

After the closing of the sale we will email out an invoice; here you can select a pick up time or confirm between our shipping and delivery options.
Shipping and Delivery:
Shipping or delivery may be offered for select items only, as noted in the listing, and is available at the Buyer’s expense. We typically ship via USPS or UPS. Unless special handling is required, our standard handling fee is $15.00, plus actual Shipping costs.
Not all lots are eligible for shipping. If you require shipping, you must contact us at HiddenHillsEstateSales@gmail.com to confirm eligibility and notify us of your intent to ship or buy delivery.
If shipping or delivery is offered and approved, you must select your preferred method of item receipt on your receipt at the close of the sale. A separate shipping or delivery invoice will be issued, and all associated charges must be paid in full before items are released.
Delivery is only with in roughly 30 miles of the zip code and base delivery price of $25.00. An additional cost will be based on distance and quantity of items. Must Contact us before or immediately after the close of the sale if you would like delivery.
Shipping Costs & Consolidation:
Hidden Hills will make reasonable efforts to secure the most economical shipping method available and, when possible, will combine multiple winning items into a single shipment. However, shipping costs are not guaranteed or estimated in advance. By selecting shipping, the winning bidder agrees to pay all shipping, handling, and associated charges in full, regardless of the final cost.
Payment Prior to Release:
All items must be paid for in full before pickup or shipment. Items scheduled for shipping may not be removed from the estate without payment. If total payment is not received prior to the scheduled local pickup date and time, the item(s) will be forfeited, resold, and bidding privileges may be revoked.
Failure to Arrange Pickup or Fulfillment:
If you fail to select a fulfillment method and do not pick up your item(s) during the scheduled pickup window as outlined Hidden Hills reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for the greater of:
(a) the total purchase price of the item(s) plus any applicable handling, shipping, or delivery charges, or
(b) a $40.00 restocking fee.
Abandoned Items:
All items not picked up during the scheduled pickup time will be considered abandoned and may be donated or resold at Hidden Hills discretion. No refunds will be issued.
Item Descriptions & Condition:
We have made every effort to describe all lot items as accurately as possible. Nearly all items sold are used and may show normal signs of wear consistent with antiques, vintage, or previously owned goods. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties, refunds, or returns. We do not guarantee the working condition of any clock, watch, electronic, or mechanical device despite doing our best to only add working and functioning items.
