By participating in this online estate sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the sale, you must be at least 18 years old.
All buyers must have a valid billing and shipping address in the United States.
2. Item Descriptions & Condition
Every effort is made to accurately describe and photograph each item. However, all items are sold "as is", with no warranties or guarantees regarding condition beyond what is explicitly stated in the item description.
It is the buyer's responsibility to review the item details, including photographs and descriptions, before making a purchase.
3. Payment
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via PayPal Invoice .
Payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase or the item may be relisted or offered to other buyers.
Sales tax will be charged where applicable according to state and local laws.
4. Shipping & Handling
Items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is processed.
Shipping fees are not included in the sale price and will be calculated at checkout.
The buyer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If an item is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
5. Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return window for all items purchased through this online estate sale.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with any tags still attached (if applicable).
The buyer must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate a return.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is damaged or not as described.
A full refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
6. Bidding & Buying
By bidding or purchasing an item, you are entering into a binding contract to buy that item.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject bids/purchases at our discretion, especially in cases of f raud, non-payment, or suspected misuse.
