    There is an 8% buyers premium added to final bid.  Car has a reserve.  Bidders may inquire as to reserve amount only if car does not sell at auction, and may make offer to purchase at that amount AFTER auction has ended.  The Buy it Now may or may not be the reserve amount.  Payment must be made by wire transfer of funds or cash.  Bank checks are acceptable but no transfer of title until check has cleared or deemed legitimate.  No credit card payments.  If paying by Paypal, an additional 3% fee must be added to bid amount.

     Car is sold as is, where is with no guarantees or warranties implied by seller or auction firm.  Auction house will assist in shipping issues.  Bidder is responsible for all shipping charges.
