All items bid on and won on the online auction must be paid for and picked up between 8AM and 11AM on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at the sales physical address. All items that do not sale on the online auction will be available to purchase at the in-person sale. Not all items are available for online bidding. All auction items must be paid for with cash upon pickup. No online payment before pickup accepted. Items must be picked up during the designated date and times. Any items not picked up by 11AM on Saturday, March 24, 2018 will be made available for anyone to purchase during the in-person sale.
Rules for the in-person sale on Saturday, March 24, 2018: Garage doors will open for entry at 8AM. No bags/purses allowed. Wallets only. Children are allowed however, we retain the right to ask you to leave if your children are not being watched. Please be respectful of the surrounding neighbors. No blocking ANY driveway in the neighborhood. Driveway for sale only to be used for loading of large items.
