Customers MUST pay for the online estate property before pickup. The pickup date is February 24th - 25th. Pickup MUST BE SCHEDULED (Location details will be made once at the end of the sale).
Customers who have not paid by that date/time forfeit any claim to the property and the property may be resold or donated. Property that has been paid for but is not picked up by the end of the pick-up period will be considered abandoned and subject to no refund.
Buyers MUST be prepared to lift, carry, and load purchases from the Condo to their vehicles. For Large Furniture Items (Sofa, Kitchen Table, Upholstery Chair, Large Mirrors) will have to be picked up by a MOVING or TRANSPORT Provider with a Certificate of Insurance. There are no exceptions to this requirement since this property is governed by the building tenants and HOA. If you purchase a large item, please make sure the company is prepared to protect and move the item from the current location within the condo unit. If you arrive without a mover who does not have a Certificate of Insurance, you will not be allowed to retrieve the items. Small items may be carried out. At the end of the sale, large item buyers will receive the contact person's information so you can coordinate the your pickup time. All by items must be picked up by 2/25/23 at 3:00 PM or they will be considered abandonded.
