This is a Timed "Online Only" Auction.
A Buyer's Premium of 10% plus 5.5% sales tax will be added to your invoice at the close of the auction. Items must be picked up at the location and times listed below. No shipping is offered for this auction. Local pickup only.
Bidding:
All Bids must be place by the established increments listed for the sale . Items begin to close at the time scheduled. Online sales are subject to a "soft close", if an item receives a bid within the last minute scheduled to end, it will stay open until there are no active bids for 5 minutes.
Preview:
All items may be previewed at the date /time listed for each auction. We encourage you to inspect all property in person and make your own determinations of condition and other aspects of the property prior to bidding. All descriptions are believed to be accurate. Greg Willett Antiques and Estates makes no representations with respect to the authenticity or condition of any property. All Items are sold As-Is Where is. with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or Implied. All Sales are Final.
We reserve the right to withdrawal and or add any item(s)/lot(s) to the sale at any time and will not be liable to you or any third party if we withdraw an item, amend any content on the site or deny you access to the site or services.
PIckup:
Items for this sale are local pick up only. On the pick up day, please bring a copy of your invoice with you. You are encouraged to wear masks. Please bring any packing materials or lifting help you might need to load your items. I'm too old to be lifting! If you have not already paid thru Paypal, you may use cash, good local check, or credit cards. Please note, I am only set up to use cards that have the chip.

Tax Exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the auction. Upon acceptance and validation, your purchase will not be taxed.
Buyer will indemnify and hold Greg Willett Antiques and Estates, members, agents and employees harmless from any claim or demand related to the auction, or while on the seller's property while picking up sale items from the property.
The buyer acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by Bidder or his Agent, and further agrees to hold Auctioneers, Owners, its Officers, or Employees harmless for any personal injury to himself or his Agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises.
