     Buyer is responsible for moving furniture or heavy items. Please bring help to move. The furniture has been moved to the first floor for your convenience. 

     If you need recommendations for movers , please ask. If you arrive without help, we can not assist with lifting or moving furniture or heavy items. 

     We will ship certain items indicated in the listing. Buyer pays for pack and shipping. must contact Vintage Harvest for shipping arrangements. Smaller items can be shipped. Large framed art or furniture can not. 

    No public "on site" sale  will be offered at this auction. We have listed  the  items of importance online. 

    The pick up dates are Friday Feb 25th and Saturday Feb 26th unless inclement weather such as blizzard or ice. If so then we will reschedule the pick up dates.
