• Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase.
• Buyers must provide their own labor, tools, and transportation for moving and loading purchases.
• Caring Transitions staff are unable to assist with moving or loading furniture, appliances, pool tables, or other large items.
• Purchased items must be removed by the buyer by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Please be respectful of the property and other shoppers.
• Enter the sale at your own risk. Caring Transitions and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items.
• We accept cash and other forms of payment as posted at the sale.
