Identification & Shipping Address
All winning bidders must present valid identification. The shipping address used must align with the information on the buyer's credit card and ID. Please ensure these details are up-to-date before placing a bid.
Item Pickup Requirement
Winning bidders are obligated to collect their items from the specified sale location during the firm timeframe detailed in the Pick-Up & Shipping Details tab of the auction and/or on their invoice. Failure to pick up items within the allotted time will result in forfeiture without compensation.
Smooth Pickup Process
Service is prioritized based on the order of placement. To ensure efficiency, please TEXT (do not call) the auction manager at least 30 minutes before your estimated arrival time with your name and invoice number.
Buyer Responsibility for Removal
Purchasers are solely responsible for providing all necessary packing supplies, moving equipment, securing straps, and sufficient personnel for the safe and complete removal of their purchased items. Buyers must also arrange for a suitable vehicle.
Risk of Items Left Behind
Items remaining with GES after the final pickup day are stored strictly at the buyer's own risk.

Item Condition and Description
Items sold by GES are predominantly antique, vintage, or used, and are sold "as is." While GES endeavors to document any damage, repairs, or restorations, the absence of such information does not guarantee flawless condition. Bidders should expect age-related wear.
We strongly recommend reviewing all accompanying photos thoroughly before bidding. Condition reports are available upon request as a courtesy.
Warranties and Liability
Neither GES nor the Consignor provides any warranties or representations regarding the property. Neither party is responsible for the accuracy of item descriptions, including authenticity, attribution, provenance, age, or condition. No statement, whether in the description, during the sale, or on any document, constitutes a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.
RESALE CERTIFICATES/Tax exempt
All resale certificates must be uploaded via Auction Ninja BEFORE bidding. Go to "Preferences" under the "Account" tab to upload.

BUYERS PREMIUM
An 18% buyer's premium (as specified for each auction) will be added to the hammer price in all auctions. This premium, along with the hammer prices and any applicable sales tax, will be charged to the credit or debit card you have on file with GES within 24 hours of the auction's conclusion.
