A standard 18.5% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases in this Auction. The buyer’s premium is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION ONLY. Sales and Colorado excise tax applies. Everything is sold AS-IS with no refunds. Nothing removed until paid for. Items not picked up during this load-out period (or shipped to you) will have a charge of $25.00 per invoice and a handling and storage charge of $1.00 per lot per day added to the total due.
