Remaining payment for those invoices must be handled between you and the Seller; invoice must be paid in full before receiving a receipt for items won. If delivery or shipping is offered by Seller, then you must select your desired item receipt method on the receipt upon the close of the sale. A shipping or delivery invoice will be created, and charges will be discussed between you and the Seller; a shipping or delivery invoice must be paid before receiving items. If you do not elect a fulfillment method and do not pick the item(s) up during the scheduled pickup time outlined on the Seller location Terms and Conditions or your Receipt, Caring Transitions reserves the right to charge your payment method on file for the greater of the total purchase price of the item plus any applicable handling and shipping charges or a $40.00 restocking fee and may ship the item to your address of record. You hereby expressly grant Caring Transitions the right to hold a winning item until confirmation of cleared funds has been received by Caring Transitions.     Please bring your own furniture movers & tools to remove/dismantle items.

    We DO NOT provide staff to move or load your items, due to insurance reasons. Please bring appropriate help to load.

    Furniture and other large items not picked up will incur a $100 hall off fee. Depending on the items, An Alternate pick-up dates can be arranged for a $50 fee, but the request must be made prior to or the day of pick up in order to be honored. The $50 payment must be paid at the time of request via Zelle to (602-684-9999 or we can send a square invoice to be paid via credit card. We Will not honor alternate pick-up requests after the pick-up date and time has occurred.

13. We have made every effort to describe Lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS, and where is. No refunds or returns. Caring Transitions does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate.

14. Listings times have a soft close. Extra time may be added to ending times to allow bidders more time to win. This will give you time to receive an outbid notification and place a higher bid and mimics what happens in a live auction where the auctioneer asks for any last bids before making the sale.



Payment Information
  1. Upon Item win, your card on file will be automatically processed for payment.
  2. Receipts are emailed to winning Bidders once the sale has completely closed and payment is secured.
  3. To view your receipt, Login to your CTBIDS Account and go to: Invoices/Receipts.
  4. Caring Transitions reserves the right to re-sell items that are not paid for by noon the day before pick-up. All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped.
  5. If you bid, you MUST be available, or arrange for, the pick-up of your purchases on the pick-up date unless you have made prior shipping or delivery arrangements. You will be charged a haul off fee, min. $100 for larger items if you do not pick them up. 

All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped. Items to be shipped cannot be removed from the Estate without Payment. Therefore, if Total Payment is not received before the Local Pickup date & time, the items will be forfeited and bidding privileges may be revoked.

Shipping Information
  1. Local pick up is preferred. Shipping or Delivery is available for some items at the buyer's expense.
  2. After your item(s) are paid (may include Handling fee), you will receive a separate invoice for shipping charges. Please Note when bidding, if you request shipping on an item, it will be moved to the shipping department at the end of the sale. WE PROCESS SHIPPING REQUESTS AFTER PICK UP FOR THE AUCTION HAS OCCURRED. Please allow 7-10 business to receive you shipping invoice.
  3. If you signed up for shipping, and decide you want to pick up, please send an email to pmazzeo@caringtransitions, the night after auction close, so we know to expect you at pickup.
  4. All items must be paid for before they are picked up, shipped, or delivered.

Shipments are processed approx. 7-10 business days after the pickup date. We only mail Jewelry and Coins using FedEx/UPS/USPS/USPS Priority Mail. Signature and insurance will be added to packages valued over $100.

Shipping invoices are sent via SQUARE from Gilbert Islands LLC, to pay the shipping charges.

Invoices NOT paid within 5 business days will be forfeited and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN

Make sure your CTBIDS account has the correct email address and shipping address. FAILURE TO HAVE THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE FOR COMMUNICATION DOES NOT EXEMPT YOU FROM THE ABOVE POLICY. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THEIR CTBIDS ACCOUNT HAS THE CORRECT CONTACT INFORMATION.

Jewelry: We describe as we see the piece. We state Diamond like, unless we have a document that authenticates. We DO NOT weigh jewelry.

Jewelry/Coins Shipping: Is FLAT RATES as follows: $25.00 (small), $35.00 (Medium), $45.00 (Large) US dollars per box PLUS Insurance and Signature Costs for shipments valued over $100.

Shipment requests are emailed via SQUARE from Gilbert Islands LLC, to pay the shipping charges. This is a separate charge from your bid.

Please bring your own furniture movers & tools to remove/dismantle items.

We DO NOT provide staff to move or load your items, due to insurance reasons. Please bring appropriate help to load.

Furniture and other large items not picked up will incur a $100 hall off fee. Depending on the items, An Alternate pick-up dates can be arranged for a $50 fee, but the request must be made prior to or the day of pick up in order to be honored. The $50 payment must be paid at the time of request via Zelle to (602-684-9999 or we can send a square invoice to be paid via credit card. We Will not honor alternate pick-up requests after the pick-up date and time has occurred.

Items not paid for or picked up by deadline will be forfeited. No exceptions.

Preview your Craigslist template

  1. Go to Craigslist and find your city.
  2. Under For Sale, click on the Garage Sale category.
  3. Click on the Post link in the upper right corner of the page.
  4. Choose the Garage Sale category and then select your area. Craigslist doesn't have an Estate Sale category and this is the closest match.
  5. Add the title of your sale and the location.
  6. Add your email address and keep it anonymous to prevent spam.
  7. Copy & Paste the html code below into the Posting Description text box.
  8. Click Continue to add photos and publish your sale. You will receive a confirmation email from Craigslist to verify the sale. Activate your sale by clicking the link in your email and your done!
  9. Craigslist allows you to re-post your ad every 48 hours. Re-post any sooner and your ad may be subject to removal.
