No pre-sell or early sales. (Meaning not before we open on the first day).
First come first serve. You must be in line outside the front door, a box does not hold your place or waiting in your car while others are in line.
A 3% fee is added to credit/debit card payments
Please bring help if you plan to buy large furniture. Bring furniture pads (blankets) too.
We provide boxes, packing and bags (whilst stocks last). Please bring your own supplies.
Remember that all items are sold as-is, where-is with no returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We are a true estate liquidation company and have no way to credit or reimburse customers as the estates are paid immediately after the sale.
We do not require face masks, but will have some available if you need one. Hand sanitizer is available.
All jewelry is removed from the home after hours, police have been contacted to make home visits during the evening, and home alarm has been activated. Additionally we have our properties covered with SimpliSafe security system with 24/7 alerts.
