    • Entry to the property constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
    • All guests enter at their own risk. Orange Blossom Estates, LLC and property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of any kind.
    • Children must remain with an adult at all times. Please do not touch items you do not intend to purchase.

    2. Sale Format

    • This is a first-come, first-served sale; no early entry.
    • We may use a sign-in sheet or number system if crowd size requires it.
    • All sales are final — no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

    3. Pricing and Discounts

    • Prices are firm on the first day.
    • Discounts, if any, will be announced and posted on subsequent days.
    • Tag switching, price negotiation outside of stated rules, or holding unpaid items is prohibited.

    4. Payment

    • Accepted forms of payment: cash, debit/credit card, or Venmo/Zelle (as available).
    • A 3% service fee may apply to card payments.
    • Sales tax is collected as required by California law unless a valid resale certificate is provided.

    5. Item Pickup

    • Purchased items must be removed by the end of each sale day, unless other arrangements are made at checkout.
    • Buyers are responsible for loading and transporting their own items. Staff may assist at their discretion but assume no liability for damage.
