List of Rules
This is an estate sale, not an auction. All items are priced and available first come, first serve upon opening the first day. We change the location of which door we open first; sometimes it’s the front door, sometimes it’s the garage depending on the layout of the home. We will let the first people in line know where to line up in the morning prior to opening.
Prices
We cannot give out prices prior to the sale. We only have a short time to organize and price an entire household of items, and we do not have time to respond to all the questions about pricing on most items.
We do not negotiate prices on items less than $100. All items will be reduced each day by 25% off the original price. The first day is full price, the second day is 25% off and the last day is 50% off.
All sales are final. We are selling used items and we cannot guarantee any of them. All items need to be carefully examined and tested prior to purchasing. No returns, refunds, or exchanges!
Marking Items Sold
If you want to purchase an item, please carry it to the register and pay for it. If you set items in a pile and stake them as sold, you are committing to purchasing those items and cannot put them back. Do not remove price stickers from items!
ONLY LARGE ITEMS: Large items will have a unique tag. If you would like to purchase a large item that you cannot carry, please write your name on the tag or ask for a sold sticker to write your name as sold. Once you e written sold on an item you are committing to buy that item.
Logistics
Do not carry items to your car until those items have been paid for!
We do not always have someone to help with moving items. If you buy a large item, please make outside arrangements to dissemble, load and deliver your item to its final destination. Please supply your own necessary tools and straps.
Last but not least. People are more important than “things†please be kind and respectful to those around you.
