    • Payment: Credit card on file is charged immediately after the auction closes. No chargebacks for failure to inspect, arrange pickup, or for condition variances typical of recovered vehicles.

    • Buyer’s Premium & Fees: 15% buyer’s premium will be included on your invoice.

    • Pickup/Removal: See the auction page for pickup date/time/location. Arrive during the posted window with adequate help/equipment. Late removal may incur storage fees or forfeiture without proper communication with the auctioneer.

    • Towing: Towing available within Franklin County for an additional $125 per vehicle (paid to tow partner). Outside-county towing available by quote. Buyers are responsible for loading/transport.
