By participating in this auction, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Please read them carefully before placing any bids.
1. Bidders must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of forming a binding contract. We reserve the right to refuse registration or bids from any individual at our sole discretion.
2. All items are sold 'as is, where is' with all faults. While we strive for accuracy in our descriptions, all statements concerning condition, age, materials, and authenticity are opinions and not guarantees. We highly recommend reviewing all provided photos and asking any questions prior to bidding. Vintage and antique items inherently show signs of age and wear consistent with their history.
3. All bids are final and legally binding. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, withdraw any lot, or combine/divide lots at any time prior to the fall of the hammer/close of the auction. Some lots may be subject to a confidential reserve price.
4. Payment is due within 2 business days of the auction's close. We accept cards on file or cash at pickup. If needing to pay cash please message before bidding. Failure to make timely payment may result in the cancellation of your purchase, forfeiture of the item, and exclusion from future auctions.
5. Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated based on item size, weight, and destination. All jewelry will be shipped via Fedex with tracking and insurance. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
6. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item has been significantly misrepresented in its description. Any claims of misrepresentation must be submitted in writing within 1 day of receipt of the item.
7. Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal information solely for the purpose of managing this auction and shipping your items. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Please refer to our full Privacy Policy for more details.
8. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this auction shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Fargo, N.D. 58103
9. Photos and descriptions used in the auction are my intellectual property.
10. If any part of the terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
