Please note that some of the following information may only apply if this is a live or online-only auction.
Please bring help if you plan to purchase any furniture or heavy items.
DO NOT park on any of the neighbors' grass, driveways, or lawns.
Should you live out of state, we can ship all items except furniture. We can ship smalls to any state, but if you have questions, please feel free to text me at 318-469-2472 if you see anything you would like to purchase or have shipping questions.
We have started accepting CashApp & Venmo. It appears to be a preferred way of paying for items without the extra credit card fees. It is highly recommended to register for the auction if this is an auction-style venue before the day of the sale to prevent any registration problems. Even if you don't want to bid when you register, this will ensure your bids go through if you do. There is a 3.9% service fee for using any credit/debit card.
All accounts must be settled after the auction or sale. If your items are to be shipped, we will send the invoice with your total to be paid. This will be charged following the auction. Shipping will be billed separately once items are packed and weigh to get your shipping amount. This will be charged once the packages are ready.
The auctioneer and company make no guarantee of the authenticity of any of the items in this auction. The only information the estate or consignor has provided to us is what we state and rely on..Research has been made on some items, but final research is up to the buyer. It is the bidder's responsibility to make their decisions based on what they see for themselves. There are no refunds or returns for any reason!
Our auction company will do the packing and shipping for small items in this auction, and normal shipping is usually within 1-3 business days or 5-7 days for very large auctions. While we cannot provide shipping for furniture and very large items, we will be happy to help make arrangements for you. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and may be quoted before shipping. Winning bidders will pay actual shipping and packing costs. Furniture and large items must be shipped via common carrier; the bidder is to pay associated costs. Our priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. We will gladly deliver large items to our local Carriers at no additional charge. Shipping charges for these larger items will be between you and the shipping company. While we have been shipping for over 30 years and we rarely have to make a claim,
Previews for timed auctions will be online before the start of the auction and throughout the days until the last item sells. Contact the auction company with additional questions.
Your purchases must be removed within 3 days of the auction pickup days. Items not removed within this period will be sold for storage charges, or you will be charged a daily fee of $5 per day, per item, for storage.
Online Bidding Terms:
AUCTIONS UNLIMITED MAKES NO WARRANTIES AS TO ANY GRADING ON ANY OF THE LOTS. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. All property is sold AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinate factor. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet, and at the auction, but makes no representations. In no event shall AUCTIONS UNLIMITED be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be solely responsible for the value.
Bidders who bid from off-site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determining factor. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
AUCTIONS UNLIMITED is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly on the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any claim against AUCTIONS UNLIMITED or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire their bid to be acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
Online auctions move quickly! If you are interested in an item, bid quickly. You'll receive an email notification if you win an item in the auction. To have enough time to conduct authorizations, registration must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of the auction. If the day before an auction falls on a holiday or weekend, the deadline is the day before the holiday or the Friday before the auction.
To better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to ensure good communication between AUCTIONS UNLIMITED and the bidder throughout any transactions.
