YOU MUST BRING HELP TO MOVE HEAVY ITEMS. No help is available. Furniture items are still in the house and may require going up or down stairs. This is YOUR responsibility.
Pick up day is in Fairview, PA May 31 between 10 AM and 2 PM. (Timing subject to change, please check back.) Items not picked up during these hours will be subject to a $10 per day per item storage fee (unless previous arrangements have been made with us prior to the auction close) and/or forfeit of the item with no refunds or credit (see terms & conditions).
Shipping charges will be calculated in the days following the close of the auction, Not all items are available to be shipped. Please be patient as we prepare your invoice. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE REGISTERED CREDIT CARD ADDRESS ON FILE. When possible we will combine shipping. Not all items can be combined safely. You are responsible for all costs involved for packing and shipping.

Most of the items Penrose Appraisals sells are antique, vintage or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges. Please review photos carefully.
