Please note: We only ship to the select payment method's billing address! This means the address on your profile is irrelevant, the address connected to the payment method you select at registration for each auction is where we are sending your items.
Be sure the card you select has the billing address where you want to receive your merchandise. Due to high amounts of fraud there is no exception to this rule. To be clear, you hereby understand that if you have items shipped to the wrong address due to not updating your billing address, it is up to you to try to recover those items, not us! USPS / UPS are helpful in the recovery process sometimes but we are not them and have no special contacts with them which can help nor special information which can assist, so please register carefully and we apologize for any inconvenience. We would not implement this policy if it was not absolutely necessary, we are experiencing a very high number of stolen credit card registrations and this is our only option to protect ourselves and our loyal customers. If you have a very large invoice (~$5000+) we may, at our discretion, require a wire transfer if you do not have a long track record on Hibid but we will offer a non-negotiable 2% discount to help offset any costs that may be associated with having to issue the wire.
By registering to bid you hereby understand and agree that we, Garnet Gazelle, are not responsible for any technical or personal errors / issues which occur to you the user (you the registered bidder), meaning you are responsible for payment of the items that you win as well as all fees which are described and available to read before auction registration. There are no valid explanations or excuses to void your bids, period. These Terms & Conditions act as a legally binding contract. If your toddler, grandfather, or pet cat was bidding on your behalf, you still have to pay for the items as you're the person responsible for your account. All invoiced items must be paid for or you are breaking a legally binding contract!
Each lot's description is just as valid as the lead (title). Both fields should be understood clearly before bidding. If there is a discrepancy between the photos and the description please contact us for clarification. If purchasing despite a discrepancy between description and photos, the descriptive words shall stand as accurate over the photo(s) unless Garnet Gazelle judges otherwise. Items and their conditions are not subject to discount, returns, or refunds based on subjective views.
Garnet Gazelle has the right to accept or decline any return requests for any reason.
There is a flat $5 handling fee, no matter how much you buy, per invoice. We also charge a small insurance fee of two and a half percent (2.5%) so a $100 invoice, for example, will see a $2.50 charge for shipping insurance that's in addition to the Shipping & Handling. Combined shipping is available to anywhere with a flat $5 handling fee per invoice + cost shipping (typically that postage is $3.20 with bubble mailer or $8 if we need to use a priority mail envelope). Larger invoices may require boxes, you can be sure we always ship as affordable as possible while ensuring items will be safely delivered. There is no local pickup allowed.
