Promo Palooza features a large collection of vintage model and promotional vehicles. While the majority of the vehicles offered in this auction are dealer promotional models, not every vehicle is a dealer promo. The auction may also include scale models, toys, reproductions, kits, or other collectible vehicles. Any identification provided in a lot title or description represents our best assessment based on the item, its markings, and available information.
Please examine ALL photographs carefully before placing a bid. Photographs are considered an important part of each lot's description and are provided so bidders can evaluate condition, color, markings, completeness, wear, damage, repairs, alterations, missing components, and other characteristics for themselves.
Many of these items are vintage and may exhibit age-related wear, including scratches, scuffs, discoloration, warping, cracks, missing or damaged components, evidence of repair, or other imperfections. We make a reasonable effort to note significant condition issues when observed; however, the absence of a written condition description does not mean or imply that an item is flawless, complete, mint, or free from defects.
If a particular detail is important to your decision to bid, please ask before bidding. We are happy to provide additional photographs or clarification when possible. Requests for additional photos should be made via email with enough time for us to respond before the auction closes.
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, based upon the photographs and information provided. All sales are final, and returns will not be accepted. Bidders are responsible for reviewing the available information and determining condition and suitability to their own satisfaction prior to bidding.
SHIPPING: Shipping is available unless otherwise noted. If you require shipping, please notify us at the close of the auction. We will coordinate shipping after the item has been won. Shipping charges will include in surance up to or exceeding the value of all items being mailed.

Any unpaid for or unclaimed items will be considered abandoned one week after scheduled pick up. You will receive a single courtesy call. It is your responsibility to contact us if an issue arises. Unpaid invoices are unacceptable and you will be banned from future auctions.
