All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties, guarantees, returns, refunds, or exchanges. No exceptions.
Condition & Descriptions
All items are pre-owned and estate-sourced. Items may show wear consistent with age and use. Descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge but are not guaranteed. Buyer is responsible for inspection and verification prior to purchase.
Pricing & Availability
Prices may change without notice. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. No holds unless agreed upon in writing.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using approved payment methods posted at the sale.
Pickup & Removal
Buyers are responsible for removing purchased items within the specified timeframe. Please bring appropriate help, tools, and packing materials. Asset Estate Services is not responsible for damage during loading or transport.
Shipping
Shipping is not offered unless explicitly stated and agreed upon in advance. Any shipping arrangements are the buyer’s responsibility.
Liability
Asset Estate Services is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring on the premises. Entry is at your own risk.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be collected when required unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is provided at time of purchase.
Abandoned Items
Items not picked up within the agreed timeframe may be resold with no refund.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
