Sales Policy
All sales are final. Items are sold “as is,” with no refunds or exchanges. We do our best to provide clear descriptions and photos so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Payment
Payment must be made in full before items are reserved. Once paid, the item is yours under the terms below.
Pickup & Holding

Pickup must be arranged at a scheduled time.

If you can’t make it, call or text us at (936) 230-0067 and we’ll do our best to reschedule.

We can hold items for up to 14 days after purchase if payment is made in full. Longer holds may be possible if agreed in advance.
Delivery
Delivery is available for an additional fee based on the size of the item and your location. Please confirm delivery details with us before purchasing.
Condition of Items
Most items come from local estates and may show normal signs of use. Everything is sold in the condition described and pictured.
