3. Shipping & Local Pickup- Shipping Available: Many smaller items (art, collectibles) can ship nationwide. A packaging, shipping and insurance charge can be added to your invoice (USPS Priority, UPS, or similar carriers). Larger or fragile items (furniture, oversized art) may be Local Pickup Only in the Haddon Township / Collingswood, NJ area. Pickup must be scheduled by appointment only. Shipping usually processes within 2-3 business days after payment. Tracking will be provided.- Insurance is included on shipped items for the purchase value.
4. Returns & Refunds- Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of vintage and antique items, all sales are final unless the item is significantly not as described (e.g., major undisclosed damage or wrong item shipped).- If you believe an item is not as described, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details. We will review and, if approved, arrange a return (buyer pays return shipping unless we made an error).- No refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or minor condition issues consistent with age.- Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method minus any shipping/handling fees already incurred. 5.
