By purchasing an item through our online shop or online estate sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Items Are Sold As-Is
Our merchandise may include vintage, antique, collectible, previously owned, and used items. Items are sold as-is, where-is, unless otherwise stated in the individual listing.
We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and clear photographs of each item. Please review the photos and description carefully before purchasing. Normal signs of age, wear, use, imperfections, and condition consistent with the item's age are not considered defects.
If you have a question about an item's condition, please contact us before purchasing. We are happy to provide additional information or photographs when available.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability are subject to change until an order has been accepted and payment has been completed.
XCNTRIC reserves the right to correct pricing, description or listing errors.
Handling Fee
Online purchases may include a 5% handling fee, which is clearly disclosed to the customer before the transaction is completed. This fee helps cover the additional costs associated with processing and preparing online orders.
Payment
Payment options will be presented at checkout or on the applicable invoice.
For local pickup orders, cash payment at pickup may be available when offered for that sale.
An order is not considered paid until payment has been received.
Local Pickup
Items designated for local pickup must be collected during the pickup period provided by XCNTRIC.
Please bring appropriate transportation and assistance for large, heavy or oversized items. XCNTRIC is not responsible for damage that occurs during customer removal or transportation.
Shipping
Shipping is available on select items when offered.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be provided or added to the order as applicable. Large, fragile or unusually shaped items may require specialized shipping.

Returns & Refunds
Because our merchandise is generally vintage, antique, collectible, or previously owned, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in the individual listing.
We do not accept returns based solely on a change of mind, or a customer's failure to review the item's description and photographs before purchasing.
If an item has been materially misrepresented in the listing, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation.
Condition & Measurements
Measurements, descriptions, and photographs are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Minor variations in color may occur depending on photography, lighting and the customer's device or screen.
Responsibility for Purchases
Once an order has been paid for, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring the item is picked up or shipped according to the arrangements provided by XCNTRIC.
