- Make sure you have a valid credit card on file.
- correct mailing address for shipping,
- phone number and email for tracking of your packages
- After your purchase your credit card will be charged. Shipping will be included and listed on your receipt.
- If it is a "pickup only" item an email will be sent with the address of the item to be picked up and schedule an appointment to do so. ( this if for larger items not available for shipping)
- Convenience fee of 3.5% is added for the credit card use. for the online platform
- If the credit card is declined, I will notify you by email If no response or payment with in 3 days, the order is cancelled. Sorry no exceptions.
- Cash payments are considered. If we have an event in your area, you can schedule a pickup at that location, if you prefer. We can also accept cash or money orders on larger items such as furniture or items that cannot be shipped. No personal checks over $100.00 are accepted,
- Sales tax of 5.5% will apply to purchases as we are a business registered with the state of Wisconsin. If "tax exempt" toggle the sales tax button to off when you register, see below to list your tax-exempt number.
- For previewing the larger items such as furniture there is a preview by appointment as time permits. Please sign up on our website vintageharvest.com for notifications for upcoming sales or auctions, as some of the items that are on the store will be offered at the online sale first.
- Most items listed on the store are shipped. Buyer pays for the shipping fees. I provide experienced "in house" minimal packing fee and utilize USPS and UPS. Any item/s over $100.00 must have a signature confirmation or insurance. This is included in shipping costs. Shipping is with in 3 days after purchase. Items shipped will have a tracking number and insurance to cover the shipment. It is the buyer's responsibility to follow up with any issues with USPS or UPS concerning any delivery issues of damage or theft.
- Furniture and large or fragile items not recommended for shipping ,can be picked up by appointment. The buyer must bring adequate help to move furniture, appliances. lawn equipment and other heavy items. Vintage Harvest can recommend a local mover if you prefer. The buyer pays for the move. Large items must be picked up within 10 days after payment.
- Items purchased but not picked up with in the 10-day time period are donated. and a receipt of donation will be sent to the buyer.
- All Sales are Final .I would be glad to provide additional photos or information as time permits.
