This estate sale is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call to make an appointment. At that time the address and confirmed time will be provided.

Friday: Full Price.

Saturday: 25% OFF

Sunday: 50% OFF

This estate sale WILL have PRE-SALE AVAILABLE. 10% Premium is added to the price for a PRE-SALE purchase. A Pre-sale can be made over the phone (sight unseen) with a credit card purchase. This is only for items purchased before the start of the sale.

We accept credit cards, Paypal and cash. No checks.

Any credit card amount; no credit card fee added.

8.25% sales tax added to price.

All sales are final. Items sold as-is.

Please bring helpers to move your larger items, as we do not have staff able to lift heavier items. We can provide you with the contact information of a reasonably priced moving company, if needed.

A family has moved to Georgetown from California and is consolidating a home. We are thankful to have the opportunity to sell for them some of these custom-made items that do not fit.
