10% premium is added to the price for ALL Pre-sales. A Pre-sale can be made over the phone (sight unseen) with a credit card purchase. We can also set up a time for you to do an in-person walk-through with a $50 minimum purchase. THURSDAY morning pre-sale appointments are available. Please call, email or text to make an appointment.
WE SHIP NATIONALLY. Cost of shipping and handling will be included in the bill. Shipping will happen after the sale ends.
Traditional Estate Sale Dates: Friday, Saturday and Sunday (December 14, 15 and 16).
Saturday will be 25% off and Sunday will be 50% off.
We accept credit cards and cash. No CHECKS. Any credit card amount; no credit card fee. No credit card minimum.
8.25% sales tax is added to price.
All sales are final. Items sold as-is.
Although we try to help when possible, many times we are unable to provide assistance with furniture, so please plan on packing and loading your purchases. Furniture purchases will need to be picked up by 3 pm on Sunday.
Parking is limited to the street only, please pull off the road best you can and do not block driveways or mailboxes. Driveway will be used to load furniture purchased.
*Bring your shopping bags, but check them with our Holds Staff before you start shopping.
*We provide a complimentary wrap station as you exit to further secure your fragile items.
