Due to the busy pace in the days preceding a sale and to be fair to all customers, it is not possible for SES staff to answer inquiries about particular items (regarding prices, make/model, age, etc.). In some cases, we may be able to answer serious inquiries about the size of furniture or other large-scale items, but please be patient in waiting for a response during the week of a sale.
Security is as important to us as it is to you. Our staff are trained to not only assist customers, but also to keep a watchful eye for the less than honest few who may visit. In certain situations, we restrict the flow of customers during a sale as a security precaution, and monitor exits. Quality jewelry, guns and other items of particular value are always secured and fully attended during the sale.
Unless otherwise marked, most items are discounted 25% on the second day; 50% on the third day.
Removal of heavy items is the responsibility of the customer. Our employees are on site to assist you with your purchases, but are not permitted to lift or move large items. Our cashier will be happy to provide a list of local movers. Please plan to remove your large purchases before the end of the sale unless special arrangements have been made.
Those requesting a tax exemption must provide our cashier with current tax identification forms. Without such verification, sales tax will be added to the total.
