Historic Tulsa's Owen Park Liquidation

1.) All merchandise purchased must be removed from the premises before the close of the sale.
2.) We are not liable for any damages, nor loss at the liquidations, enter at your own risk.
3.) Present your sales tax permit for sales tax exemption.
4.) We accept cash, and credit/debit cards with EMV on purchases; $50 or more.
5.) We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.
6.) All sales are final,  no refunds; no exchanges, no excuses.
7.) We may close at any time early, for any reason, but normally we'll close if we've sold out!.
