Sign up sheet will be available about 45 minutes prior to the start of the sale for certain sales (if necessary for crowd control)
Parents please keep your kiddos close to you at all times. You will be asked to leave if your small children are not with you at all times.
We accept Cash, Debit and Credit Cards with proper ID. NO CHECKS!
Tickets are started for your items and you will need a ticket to checkout. Please ask a staff member to start you a ticket for your items and place items on the holding table or in our holding area. These areas are marked.
No holding of items without 20% Non-refundable deposit.
No refunds, No food or drinks allowed inside the sale. Service Pets ONLY. All service pets must be leashed and held AT ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Our job is to protect you as well as your fellow patrons. You may be asked to leave if you do not follow policies.
No large purses or bags allowed inside the sale. You will be asked to return your purse to your car if we think it is too large.
Please bring assistance and any tools needed for removal of large items, furniture or appliances. This is the customer's responsibility. Our staff is paid to help others during sale hours and work the estate sale. If they have time and we have the manpower, we will do our best to help with removal.
All removal of large items must be arranged and must happen prior to the end of the sale. Any items left without arrangements for pickup by Monday following the sale will be forfeited and donated.
We always have security as well as security cameras on site throughout our sale setups and sales to help protect our clients and our customers. For the security of our clients, the full physical address will be released 3 hours prior to the start of the sale. Thank you for understanding.
