ALL SALES WILL BE ABSOLUTE AND FINAL.

Building has been equipped with a state of the art,
G.P.S.-monitored security system.

Numbers for orderly admission will be handed out
starting one hour prior to opening
on both Saturday and Sunday.

Fine jewelry and other select items not on site until sale.

Police officer on duty at front door at all times during the sale itself.

Please remember that we press felony charges of larceny from a private home
in any and all shoplifting cases.

Inspect all your selections prior to purchase.
No refunds nor exchanges.
Neither guarantees nor warranties have been made nor implied.

Physical buyers on site receive preferential treatment
to those who call in bids from out of state.
(Credit card charge of 3.75% applicable for all out of state bidders.)

CASH ONLY ALL SHOWCASE PURCHASES.

Again, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Out of state buyers must pay all shipping and handling costs,
and no refunds will be issued.

Inspect your merchandise with care,
as we consider merchandise sold once it's been placed on a sold table,
marked on your ticket as sold, or (per your request) written on your ticket.

Staff not allowed to wrap, haul, carry, nor deliver.

Purchases not picked up the day after sale will be donated to charity.

We cannot be and will not be held responsible
for anything that happens to your merchandise
if you purchase it and then leave it on site.

We will not answer questions about prices prior to the sale.
(No, seriously. Don't call asking for prices, nor for special favors.
Such calls will be ignored.)
