We are following the required safety guidelines, distancing and increased sanitation to keep everyone safe. We will be limiting number of customers allowed in at once and this will continue until further notice. Thanks for being patient with us!! You may purchase items over the phone and we can arrange shipping, delivery for a small charge or appointment only individual pickup. We please ask that everyone respect the space of others. We are asking all customers wear masks and practice social distancing. This is now mandated so we apologize for any inconvenience. Should you have a condition that disallows you to wear a mask, please contact us and we will try and do our best to accomodate you and provide pictures or what we can to help you online shop. We can arrange pickup before or after sale hours. We can arrange to bring items to your vehicle etc. Currently we will provide hand sanitizer prior to entry and at checkout before you leave. We will ask everyone to please let us spray lysol on the bottom of their shoes prior to entry of our estate sales. We will provide booties as well to help maintain flooring should we feel the need to. We are frequently wiping or spraying down items throughout the day. This is something we do have a hard time doing right now, however the health and comfort of all customers is very important to us. We appreciate your understanding. Sign up sheet will be available about 30 minutes prior to the start of the sale.

No holding of items without 20% Non-refundable deposit.
No refunds, No food or drinks allowed inside the sale. Service Pets ONLY and they must be carried. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Our job is to protect you as well as your fellow patrons. You may be asked to leave if you do not follow policies.
No large purses or bags allowed inside the sale. You will be asked to return your purse to your car if we think it is too large.
Please bring assistance and any tools needed for removal of large items, furniture or appliances. This is the customer's responsibility. Our staff is paid to help others during sale hours and work the estate sale. If they have time and we have the manpower, we will do our best to help with removal.
All removal of large items must be arranged and must happen prior to the end of the sale. Any items left without arrangements for pickup by Monday following the sale will be forfeited and donated.
We always have security as well as security cameras on site throughout our sale setups and sales to help protect our clients and our customers. For the security of our clients, the full physical address will be released 4-5 hours prior to the start of the sale. We will not hesitate to press charges for anyone attempting or caught stealing. We will not condone theft! Thank you for understanding.
This Estate Sale/Liquidation is extra special. We have been working on this for the past few months and trying to prepare and market this correctly and appropriately. This sale is located in Alva, OK. This building is a historic center point of Alva. This used to be a Sandwich/Soda Parlor Shop as well as an Antique Shop! This little hidden gem has been off of the map for a few years and waiting for someone to bring some life back!! This client was just a true collector and absolutely loved sharing each piece and its history with everyone! We are liquidating everything from the contents and Collectibles to the commercial kitchenware and appliances! You definitely will NOT find these items anywhere else. If you purchase large items, you can schedule pickup anytime during this onsite sale weekend and shop while there. If you purchase smaller items, we can ship for the shipping cost, possibly deliver for a fee or you can pickup during the onsite sale weekend anytime. This gives you plenty of time to plan!!! The location is in Downtown Alva so you will have paved parking and local food and gas close by. There is a Holiday Inn Suites and Comfort Inn Suites less than 5 minutes away for anyone who wants to plan a night away. Wayanoka (Sand Dunes) are less than 30 miles away and the Great Salt Plains National Park is less than 30 miles away. All items can be purchased by us invoicing through Square or Stripe CC or we accept PayPal and Venmo. Items can also be purchased directly through the online auction platform. We want to make this as easy as possible for everyone so we will take the time to answer questions, provide more pictures and take payment this way and not just through the online site.
