Our Client is transitioning to a smaller home and he is not taking much.  

This is just Phase 1  of a Multi Phase Sale.. 

* Pickup will be in Diamondhead, Mississippi on Friday, June 26 between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm 

Please DO NOT bid if you are unable to pick up on the above day and times described  

All items are in Excellent condition, unless notated in the details of the item  Please contact me if you have any questions regarding any item or sale details  

The exact address of pick up in Diamondhead, MS will be sent to all winning bidders within 1 business day after the sale  

If you are bidding on Furniture and or heavy items, you must have appropriate moving equipment, ie, dollies,, hand trucks, blankets, straps and most of all muscle..  I will be able to get you a delivery quote if necessary to have your items picked up and delivered.
